Born in 1994 in Oyo, Nigeria, Olatundun Bimbo stands as a contemporary Nigerian artist, Fine Arts teacher, and mentor. Graduating as a painter from Emmanuel Alayande College of Education, Oyo, Nigeria, in May 2014, Bimbo’s artistic journey evolved when he gained direct entry admission to the Department of Fine and Applied Arts at Obafemi Awolowo University in 2015. Here, he majored in painting and graduated with second-class (upper division) honors.

Bimbo introduced his unique art style, Alphabetism, in 2015, which involves drawing and painting with meaningful sentences. This distinctive approach was officially accepted, allowing him to incorporate it into his school assignments and projects. In December 2020, he took on the role of a Fine Art teacher at a government secondary school in Oyo state. Additionally, he extends his expertise through online private mentorship, guiding individuals with a passion for learning Fine Art. Bimbo’s influence in the art world extends to publications and collaborations on art-related matters, showcasing his commitment to the broader artistic community.

With a profound purpose, Bimbo utilizes his art as a platform to advocate for unity, peace, and love worldwide. His creative expression serves as a powerful means to convey messages of harmony and positive values, fostering a connection between art and the broader spectrum of human experiences.
